Corps-Nepal is a non-profitable, non-governmental, social humanitarian development oriented independent volunteer organization sustained by volunteer’s support. Being a Nepal based organization; we place volunteers directly to our own projects in many cases. We therefore do not have to pay for any other agencies or organizations. That is the reason why; Corps-Nepal’s volunteering programs are the most affordable programs in Nepal compared to many other organizations of its kind. We remain devoted to maintaining both the quality of the programs and ensuring the safety of all volunteers involved with Corps Nepal’s Projects.
We are aiming to raise funds towards scholarships and sponsorship for the education of orphanage children. Independent donations are always welcomed and will be applied toward various community aid projects established by Corps-Nepal. As an independent Volunteer Organization, We charge our volunteers a nominal amount for raising funds for the above mention purposed. The cost we quote is in US Dollars but we do accept payment in either currency as well. Registration fee will secure your place on the program. Program fees are as follows: It applies for all Existing programs.
Program booking application charge: US$50 is a non-refundable fee which, covers processing your application and not deductible from program fee.

Payment Method:
Cash payment can be made in to US Dollars, or Nepali Rupees. We also accept online Payment Getway; PayPal, To checkout, Credit Card. You can pay through Western Union and Money Gram money transfers. Although we do accept international bank transfers, we discourage this due to the high cost of banking fees.
Fee Includes:
• Transportation: Airport pickup and drop at arrival and departure. • Language and cultural orientation training. • Sightseeing in Nepal as per itinerary. • Specialized training for your chosen program. • All Transportation and communication to the placement site. • All accommodation, Food (3 Meals a day during Volunteer training period and placement). • Volunteer supervision, office administration cost and Government Taxes. • Emergency support and online and offline advertisement. • Certificate of Appreciation /Completion.
Fee Excludes:
• Airfare Domestic & International • Visa and Visa extension fee;
Visa (tourist) fee in US$:
• 15 days: US$25 • 30 days: US$40 • 90 days: US$100 • Per additional day: US$2; • Stationeries during volunteering period if you wish to use much; • Airport taxes at departure UD$30 (to be paid at the airport upon departure) • Traveling and other expenses out of the placement during weekends • Additional recreational program (trekking, jungle safari, water rafting etc); • Laundry, Internet access, telephone, drinks • Gifts to project staffs and host family, if you wish to buy any; • Additional time in Kathmandu pre or post placement period; • Medical insurances, immunization, health expenses;
Note: You will also need a weekly budget of up to US $20 to cater for all your personal use Items like bath sop, mineral water etc.
Cancellation:
• Registration fees is non refundable.
• Before starting training program - 50% will be Refund.
• No money will be refunded once you start your placement and volunteer position are non transferable.
• No money will be refunded for a program of 2 weeks duration after commencement.
